We flew the ZatzWorks helicopter and Helicopter to Kotzebue and then north to the National Petroleum Reserve NPRA to capture images of the caribou migration.  This herd is known as the Western Arctic Herd and it includes nearly 500,000 animals.  The ZatzWorks team handled all logistics for working in this remote region, including fuel, supplies, and fixed wing survey work.  The area is vast, and even 500,000 caribou can somehow vanish.  After three days on the ground, however, we found a small group that lead to a larger group and then to a larger group.  The images are impressive.  Click here to see a sample of the NPRA video the ZatzWorks team captured in the Arctic.
